Maximilian studied in Munich, Leuven and at the University of Edinburgh (LL.M. 2020). As part of his legal clerkship at the Munich Higher Regional Court, Maximilian already worked as articled clerk and later as research assistant for Gleiss Lutz. He completed the last stage of his legal clerkship at the German Embassy in Washington, D.C. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2020.
