The focus of his work is, inter alia, on directors' and officers' liability, group reorganisation and transformation law.
Vita
Joscha studied law at the Universities of Bonn, St. Gallen (CH) and Heidelberg. As part of his legal clerkship he i.a. worked for an international law firm, a German embassy and the legal department of a DAX-listed international company. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2017.
He is, amongst others, a member of the VGR ("Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht").
