Hannah advises on information technology law (including e-commerce) as well as on all areas of intellectual property law, especially in trademark, unfair competition and copyright matters. Her practice further focuses on IT, digitization, new technologies and media. She regularly advises clients in M&A tech transactions, in particular in connection with transitional services and carve-outs. Hannah is a member of the Gleiss Lutz Digital Economy sector group. She regularly publishes articles on new aspects of the digital economy such as on the Digital Services Act as well as on data law related aspects.

Vita

Hannah studied at the universities of Bonn, Berlin, Paris (Licence en Droit) and Edinburgh (LL.M. 2006). She was admitted in 2014 and has been with Gleiss Lutz since then. In the course of her legal clerkship, Hannah worked inter alia at an international law firm in Berlin. From 2009 to 2013, Hannah was employed as a research assistant at the Institute of German and European Business, Competition and Regulatory Law of Prof. Dr. Dr. Dr. h.c. Franz Jürgen Säcker (Freie Universität Berlin).

She is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR).

Hannah speaks German, English and French.
