Gleiss Lutz advises DMB Deutsche Mittelstand Beteiligungen on sale of STOLL
A team of Gleiss Lutz lawyers has advised DMB Deutsche Mittelstand Beteiligungen on the sale of Wilhelm Stoll Maschinenfabrik GmbH to Agrostroj.
Producing around 22,000 units, STOLL is the world's second largest manufacturer of front loaders for tractors. The STOLL Group, which was founded in 1878 and is based in Lengede, Germany, has manufacturing facilities in Germany, Poland and the US and approximately 600 employees.
DMB Deutsche Mittelstand Beteiligungen is a Hamburg-based investment firm focussing on profitable medium-sized companies in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The Agrostroj Group is one of the Czech Republic's largest industrial groups.
