A first: Gleiss Lutz among the Top 3 firms for young legal talent at the Azur100 Awards
At this years’ Azur100 awards Gleiss Lutz once again improved its ranking: for the first time, the firm made it amongst the top 3 firms.
The analysis emphasized the top marks that Gleiss Lutz received in the areas “satisfaction of associates”, “salary” and "employer image with young lawyers and associates of other firms”.
“We are proud of the result and happy that the efforts of our lawyers are so successful”, Dr Alexander Schwarz, co-managing partner of Gleiss Lutz commented. “We will continue with this positive course and are convinced that together we can further promote the excellent work in the development of young legal talent.”
The success of the firm is not only documented by the Azur100 award: Gleiss Lutz also boasted a record number of new hires in the last year and showed that it can hold its ground in the competitive market for highly qualified young lawyers. Recruitment among the firm’s own younger generation played a key role: 80 per cent of new hires were at the firm before, as interns, trainee lawyers or research assistants.
