A Conference presented by the Corporate Counsel Forum of the International Bar Association. This successsful annual Conference will address issues of particular importance to global corporate counsel and will allow delegates to network with leading experts in the field. Through interactive sessions, delegates will have the opportunity to discuss important issues.Who should attend? All levels of in-house lawyers/corporate counsel involved in cross-border commercial transactions and by senior practitioners from Europe, Asia and North America. Corporate Counsel Forum The mission of the Corporate Counsel Forum is to be the pre-eminent forum within the IBA for discussion among corporate counsel. A comprehensive publications and programme effort furthers this mission. Its activities cover all aspects of law dealt with by in-house counsel – from matters of professional identity and ethics to the management of company legal affairs. Members are encouraged to exchange views with lawyers in private practice on a wide range of legal issues (eg, product liability, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and dispute resolution), to foster cooperation and mutually beneficial methods of working, and to provide the best possible advice for their organisations.
