Competition enforcement and due process – comparing the EU regime with national regimes

The afternoon brings together leading lawyers and experts in the field of competition law from a range of European jurisdictions. The conference is focused on developments in national competition law in the EU which are of interest to a pan-European and international audience. Developments in national law are increasingly of relevance to practitioners in all jurisdictions in the EU and beyond, a trend which is reflected in the referencing of interesting national cases in Sweet & Maxwell's EC Competition Law Handbook and the reporting of national cases in e-Competitions, both co-organisers of the conference.
