GLEISS LUTZ ADVISES WAYSS & FREYTAG ON SALE OF the COMPANY BY ROYAL BAM TO ZECH BUILDING

A Gleiss Lutz team has advised Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG, previously a subsidiary of the globally active Dutch construction company Royal BAM Group, in connection with the sale of the company to ZECH Building. The closing of the transaction is still subject to the usual regulatory approvals.

Wayss & Freytag is primarily active in the German civil engineering market and the international market for tunnel construction. The company is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main and has a turnover of approximately 300 million euros.
