- Rüdiger advises on corporate and capital markets law as well as on financing issues (mainly transaction-related). He further advises on complex stock corporation issues and counsels family-owned businesses.
- Rüdiger earned his law degree from the University of Hamburg. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Rüdiger worked in banks in Stuttgart, Tokyo and Hamburg before beginning his law studies. From 1993 to 1997 he was assistant to the director of the Max-Planck-Institute for international and foreign private law. From 1996 to 2000 Rüdiger worked at international law firms in Paris and Hamburg in arbitration and corporate and capital markets law, with a clear focus on M&A. In 2000 Rüdiger founded Rittstieg Rechtsanwälte together with Andreas Rittstieg. He speaks German, English and French.
