- Andreas’ principal practice areas are mergers & acquisitions and corporate law. He has particular experience in cross border M&A transactions. His clients include a range of German and international companies and investment banks.
- After training as a bank clerk, he studied at the universities of Hamburg, Würzburg and Hohenheim. Andreas has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2003. Andreas worked with law firms in London (1997) and New York (1998). From 2004 to 2007 he was seconded to Herbert Smith in London. He is a lecturer at the University of Hohenheim as well as a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV), the Banking Law Association and other associations. Andreas speaks English and German.
