- Jörn mainly advises financial investors and publicly listed companies in connection with national and transnational transactions and general issues of corporate and capital markets law. He also regularly represents clients in litigious disputes.
- Jörn is a graduate of the University of Freiburg and the University of Chicago Law School (LL.M. 1996). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. From 1999 to 2001, Jörn Wöbke worked at an in-ternational law firm in Hamburg before joining Rittstieg Rechtsan-wälte in 2001. Jörn Wöbke speaks German and English.
