- Eva advises on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. She focuses on reorganisations and acquisitions, works constitution and collective bargaining, service contracts of managing board members and employment litigation.
- Eva studied at Oxford, Bucerius Law School and Cornell Law School. Dr. iur. 2008 (Scholarship of the German National Merit Foundation). Eva has been with the Düsseldorf office since 2010. In 2011, Eva completed the certification course to become a specialised solicitor in labour law. She is member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Goup. Eva speaks German, English, Spanish and French.
