- Florian advises on German and EU competition law, in particular on merger control, cartel investigations and distribution agreements. He is furthermore specialised in private antitrust litigation and advises on compliance programmes.
- Florian studied at Bucerius Law School (LL.B. 2004), in St. Louis, Kiel and Cambridge (LL.M. 2007). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2011. Florian previously worked, from 2010 to 2011 in the competition law practice group of a law firm in Hamburg. He is a member of the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law. Florian speaks German and English.
