- Florian specialises in domestic and international litigation and arbitration with an emphasis on liability for wrongful capital markets information. Furthermore, he also focuses on advising corporations with regard to criminal law relating to economic offences as well as on internal investigations of compliance cases.
- Florian studied at the universities of Freiburg, Florence and Heidelberg. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2006. From 2007 to 2008 Florian worked for Herbert Smith in London in the area of internal investigations. In 2011 he was seconded to the compliance department of a large German DAX-listed company. Florian is a member of the German-Italian Lawyers' Association (DIJV) and of the working group Banking and Capital Markets Law of the German Bar Association (DAV). He speaks German, English and Italian.
