- Jan-Kristof advises on energy law matters, including all regulatory aspects, energy-related transactions and contracts, and energy-related antitrust law. He represents grid operators and energy supply companies before the regulatory authorities and German and European courts. In addition, Jan-Kristof also advises on regulatory matters in the railway sector.
- Jan-Kristof studied law at the universities of Bayreuth, Warsaw and Munich. He also holds a degree in Energy Law and Management of the Institute for Mining and Energy Law at the Ruhr-University of Bochum. Jan-Kristof has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2007. He speaks German, English and French.
