- Stefan advises and represents clients in connection with complex IT projects (e.g. outsourcing, cloud computing, e-commerce), licensing issues and related proceedings. He has advised on numerous transactions in the technology sector. His practice also includes combating product piracy and advising on matters involving both healthcare and unfair competition law.
- Stefan studied at the univeristies of Berlin, Geneva and Cornell/USA (LL.M. 1992). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2001. Stefan is a certified intellectual property law attorney. He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR), the German Association for Law and Computer Science (DGRI), the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw) and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV) as well as an officer on the IBA’s Technology Law Committee. Stefan speaks German, English and French.
