- Andreas heads the firm’s IP practice. He specialises in intellectual property and advises clients on trademarks and unfair competition law as well as on patent law. He is an expert in food law, but also regularly advises clients on IT and media law. Andreas practice also includes advice on product liability as well as representation in arbitration proceedings.
- Andreas studied law in Bremen, the Hague and Exeter (LL.M. 1992). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2004. Andreas is a certified intellectual property law attorney and is a lecturer for food law at Albstadt-Sigmaringen University. He is a member of the Law Committee of the German Federation of Food Law and Food Science (BLL), the Expert Committee for Drug and Food Law of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR), the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the German Bar Association’s Information Technology Working Group. Andreas speaks German and English.
