- Tim acts for clients in the field of real estate, particularly real estate and portfolio transactions as asset or share deal as well as real estate related M&A transactions. In addition, he advises clients on construction/plant construction and project agreements, with a focus on the area of renewable energies. Tim has advised on numerous significant transactions in the aforementioned areas in the last years.
- He studied at the universities of Berlin (Humboldt-Universität) and Bordeaux/France. Tim has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2009. In 2007 he was seconded to a global provider of real estate funds in Frankfurt. Tim is a member of the German Bar Association’s Construction and Real Estate Working Group. He speaks German, English and French.
