- Stefan has long standing experience in intellectual property law. His practice focuses predominantly on trademarks and ranges from strategic advice regarding brand creation and selection, to comprehensive support during the prosecution stage as well as representation in trademark conflicts. Stefan also advises in the areas of unfair competition, copyright and media law.
- Stefan studied at the University of Tübingen. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1994. He is a member of the Expert Committee for Competition and Trademark Law of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR), the Non-Traditional Marks Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). Stefan speaks German, English and French.
