- Ralf specialises in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He has an outstanding track record in advising clients in the energy sector.
- Ralf studied at the University of Passau and The American University, Washington, D.C. (LL.M. 1992). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1995. He headed the former Prague office of Gleiss Lutz from 1994 to 1997 and was admitted to practice (as a foreign attorney) in the Czech Republic in 1996. He is a member of various associations, including the American Bar Association (ABA) and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV). Ralf speaks German (native) , English and Russian.
