- Doris-Maria advises and represents clients in domestic and international employment and labour law matters, in particular in complex proceedings regarding industrial relations and on corporate transactions. She is also highly experienced in company restructurings (collective redundancies), co-determination and privatisations. She further specialises in issues concerning employment and service agreements, employee benefits and social security. Doris-Maria also has extensive experience in cross-border litigation.
- She studied law at the University of Marburg. She has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2002. Doris-Maria is a certified labour law attorney. In 1999 she was seconded to an international law firm in Chicago. She is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group, the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV). Doris-Maria speaks German and English.
