- Hans-Georg advises on national and cross-border M&A transactions, on company law matters, as well as on capital markets law. His practice focuses on transactions in the energy, electronics and IT sectors.
- Hans-Georg studied at the universities of Potsdam, Paris, Grenoble, Hamburg and Cambridge. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2009. He received a scholarship from the “Deutsch-Französische Hochschule”. From 2007 to 2008, Hans-Georg worked with the Permanent Representation of Germany to the United Nations in New York. From 2008 2009, he worked for a world-leading automobile manufacturer in Beijing. Hans-Georg speaks German, English and French.
