  • Martin advises on public economic law, in particular on questions of administrative, constitutional and European law. His practice focuses on energy management law, building and planning law, as well as environmental law. Martin additionally advises companies on cross-border projects involving Asia. With a focus on Korea, he advises Asian clients on questions of German law and assists German companies with projects in Asia.

  • Martin studied in Würzburg (Europajurist, 2004), Hamburg and Christchurch/New Zealand (LL.M. (Int’l law & Pols), 2005). He then majored in Korean studies in Hamburg and Seoul (M.A. Korean Studies, 2009). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Martin speaks German, English and Korean.
