- Martin has a wealth of experience in corporate law. His practice also includes advice on capital markets and he advises clients on M&A transactions and joint ventures. Martin’s clients include not only large companies but also distinguished medium-sized businesses and family offices.
- Martin studied at the universities of Tübingen and Lausanne (Switzerland). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1993. He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR) and the Corporate Law Association (VGR). Martin speaks English, French and German.
