- Hans heads the firm’s real estate practice. He advises clients on public and real estate law. He specialises in administrative law with an emphasis on public construction and planning as well as public health.
- He received his legal education at the universities of Munich, Bochum, Freiburg, Geneva and Münster. Hans has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1984. He is an honorary professor at the University of Hohenheim and a certified administrative law attorney. Furthermore Hans is a member of the Research Centre for Environmental Law at the Humboldt University in Berlin, the Society for Environmental Law (GfU), the German Society for Construction Law and the "Road Law" Working Committee at the University Bonn. He is also a judge on the Baden-Württemberg disciplinary tribunal for judges (Richterdienstgerichtshof). He speaks German, English and French.
