- Hansjörg advises on corporate law, in particular on compliance issues, liability suits and restructurings. He has particular experience in working with insurance companies, including advising them on regulatory matters. He has carried out numerous M&A transactions, particularly involving insurance companies and financial services providers.
- Hansjörg studied at the universities of Constance and Illinois (LL.M. 1992). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1997. He is a member of the German Bar Association’s Insurance Working Group and Corporate Working Group as well as of the German Lawyers’ Association. Hansjörg speaks German and English.
