- Marc advises on administrative, EU and constitutional law. His practice focuses on advice on public construction and planning, environmental and energy law.
- Marc studied at the universities of Würzburg (with accompanying study of European law) in 2007 and Cologne (Dr. iur. 2011). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Marc's dissertation entitled "The Admissibility of Contractual Penalty Clauses in Urban Development Contracts in Connection with Large-Scale Retail Projects" was awarded the 2012 Doctoral Prize by the University of Cologne. He was awarded a scholarship by the German National Academic Foundation (2002-2007). In 2007 he was awarded the Wolfgang-Kuhlen Prize by the Dr.-Otto-Schäfer-Foundation. Marc speaks German and English.
