- Stefan specialises in complex domestic and international litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on banking and finance, capital markets, corporate, joint ventures and M&A. Stefan is an experienced litigator who has pleaded cases in numerous district courts and higher regional courts throughout Germany. Since 2004, he heads the firm’s dispute resolution practice.
- Stefan studied at the universities of Frankfurt am Main, Speyer and Georgia School of Law (LL.M. 1994). Having worked for international law firms previously, he has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2004. Stefan is a member of the German Institution of Arbitration e.V. (DIS), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV). Stefan speaks German and English.
