- Moritz advises on corporate law as well as on capital markets law. He specialises in stock corporation law, law governing limited liability companies (GmbHs) and corporate group law.
- Moritz studied law at the University of Konstanz. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2012. In 2011 Moritz was seconded to Herbert Smith in London. He speaks German and English.
