- Bodo joined Gleiss Lutz’ Stuttgart office in 1975. His arrival marked the beginning of its corporate practice. As Gleiss Lutz’ first corporate law specialist he was responsible for establishing this practice area and has been instrumental in its development over the past few decades.
- He studied at the universities of Tübingen, Cologne and Lausanne/Switzerland as well as at the Economic Academy Berlin and London. He was made partner at Gleiss Lutz in 1978. He has been Of Counsel since early 2009. Besides Bodo´s memberships in several advisory boards, he is a member of the Business Law Committee in both the German Bar Association and the International Bar Association (Committee on Business Law). Bodo speaks German and English.
