- Juliane specialises in real estate law. She advises on national and international real estate and portfolio transactions, and the development and realisation of construction projects (particularly commercial property, and industrial and plant construction) as well as on commercial leases. She also represents her clients in court on a regular basis.
- She studied law at the Humboldt-University in Berlin. Juliane has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2003. In 2006, she was seconded for several months to Herbert Smith in London. Juliane is a certified construction and architect’s law attorney. She is a member of the German Society for Construction Law and the German Bar Association’s Construction and Real Estate Law Working Group. She is also on the legal committee of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Juliane speaks German and English.
