- Martin advises and represents clients in German and European competition law. His practice encompasses merger control, cartel fine proceedings, civil antitrust litigation and compliance measures. Martin has a focus on the energy sector. Additionally, he has special insight and knowledge in EU law and public international law (investment arbitration, trade).
- Martin studied law and politics at the universities of Passau, Paris (Institut d’Etudes Politiques) and at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Boston (MALD 2003). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. He is a member of the association for the Study of Antitrust Law and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV). Martin speaks German, English and French.
