- Olaf heads the firm’s public law practice. He advises clients on planning, construction and real estate law as well as PPP projects. In addition, his expertise in public procurement is appreciated by both tenderers and contracting authorities.
- After training as a bank clerk Olaf studied at the universities of Bielefeld and Münster. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2002. Olaf is a certified administrative law attorney. He is chairman of the German Bar Association’s Public Procurement Committee and a member of the Banking Law Association, the Society for Environmental Law (GfU) and the German Bar Association’s Administrative Law Committee. Olaf speaks German and English.
