- Michael is a member of the Banking/Finance and Capital Markets practice groups as well of the focus group Energy/Natural Resources. He specialises on IPOs and transactions in the area of renewable energy with a special focus on photovoltaic projects in Germany and abroad.
- Michael studied business administration and business law at the University of Applied Scienced in Aschaffenburg. Holding a Degree in Business Management (FH) he has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2006. Michael speaks German and English.
