- Johannes has in the field of real estate law exclusive experience. He specialises in advising national and international clients on complex real estate transactions and has advised on numerous national and cross-border transactions in this field. Johannes has also gained wide experience in the areas of commercial lease law, project development, zoning and planning as well as restructuring.
- He studied at the universities of Bonn, Kiel, Paris and Charlottesville/USA (LL.M. 1994). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2002. From 2000 to 2002 Johannes was the resident partner of the former Warsaw office of Gleiss Lutz. Johannes is a certified administrative law attorney, a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV) as well as the chairman of the Legal Working Group, Central Real Estate Committee (ZIA). Johannes speaks German, English and French.
