- Marco advises national and international clients in M&A, corporate law, capital market law and restructuring. He focuses on private equity investors and has particular experience in cross border transactions.
- Marco studied law in Marburg, Norwich (UEA Law School), Frankfurt am Main (LL.M. Eur. 2004) and at the University of Cambridge (LL.M. 2009). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2009. Marco is a member of the German-British Lawyers’ Association (DBJV) as well as the Corporate Law Association (VGR). He speaks German, English and French.
