- Andreas advises on commercial public law, in particular on public procurement law and in privatisation and PPP matters. He also specialises in the healthcare and energy sectors and in the fields of environmental and telecommunications law.
- He studied at the Free University of Berlin. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2008. Andreas is a certified administrative law attorney. In 2006, he was seconded to Herbert Smith in London. He is a member of the Society for Environmental Law (GfU) and the German Association for Law and Computer Science (DGRI). Andreas speaks German and English.
