- Matthias’ practice focuses on national and cross-border insolvency law issues and on transactions and restructurings with respect to insolvency law. He further advises in the area of M&A transactions and general corporate law issues.
- Matthias studied at the universities of Bonn and Cardiff (MBA 2000). He has been with Gleiss Lutz from 2005 to 2009 and since 2010. Secondment to Herbert Smith, London in 2008. From 2009 to 2010 he worked as CFO of an international distributor for auto-ID products and cash machine systems. He speaks German and English.
