- Frank advises on employment and labour law, with a special focus on reorganisations, corporate transactions and outsourcing. He also advises on negotiations with works councils and trade unions, litigation, conclusion and termination of service agreements with board members.
- Frank studied at the University of Göttingen. He worked as in-house counsel within the HR department of BASF. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2002. Frank is a certified labour law attorney. He is a member of the German Bar Association (DAV) and its Labour Law Working Group. Frank speaks German and English.
