- Stefan advises clients on all aspects of national and international tax law, with a focus on transactions-related tax issues. In particular, he advises clients on M&A transactions, real estate transactions as well as restructurings of distressed companies. His practice also includes advice and reorganisations as well as tax planning and succession planning.
- Stefan studied at the Universities of Mainz and Münster. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2011. From 2000 to 2008 Stefan worked at law firms in Frankfurt, New York and Düsseldorf, inter alia as Foreign Attorney at a major law firm in New York (2004/2005). He was admitted as a tax advisor in 2006. He speaks German and English.
