- Michael advises clients, in particular, on corporate restructuring, (including M&A) tax structuring of financings. His practice also includes advice on real estate transactions, tax compliance and tax litigations.
- He studied at universities of Heidelberg and Geneva. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1996. Michael is a tax advisor and a lecturer at the Trier University. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV) and the Frankfurt Law Society. Michael speaks German, English and French.
