  • Birgit advises clients on public law, especially on healthcare law, public procurement law, and administrative law. She provides legal advice especially on statutory health insurance, physicians, drugs, and pharmacies. Her practice also includes advice of contracting authorities and bidders on public procurement issues.

  • Birgit studied at the universities of Marburg, Aberdeen, and Bristol (LL.M. 2010). She also completed an additional qualification in pharmaceutical law at the University of Marburg in 2006. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2011. Birgit speaks German, English and Russian.
