- Petra Linsmeier has a wealth of experience in antitrust and merger control proceedings both before the European Commission and the Federal Cartel Office. She has also supervised numerous multijurisdictional filings. Petra Linsmeier is furthermore head of the Gleiss Lutz Energy & Natural Resources Group with a special focus on regulatory issues in the electricity and gas sectors (above all, tariffs). This generally involves negotiations before the regulatory authorities and courts.
- Petra Linsmeier completed her university studies in Passau, Prague and Munich. She has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2007. Petra Linsmeier has worked for various law firms in Paris (1992), Prague (1993) and Washington, D.C. (2001). She is a member of the Association of German Antitrust Lawyers and of the Association of Antitrust Lawyers in Munich. Apart from German, she speaks English, French and Italian.
