- Cindy advises on national and international tax and accounting law. She specialises in structuring M&A transactions and reorganisations. Cindy further advises clients in connection with accounting and tax compliance matters.
- Cindy studied Law at the universities of Trier and Cologne and Tax Law at the University of Osnabrück. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2009. Since 2006 Cindy is a qualified tax advisor. From 2004 to 2009 she worked at international law firms in Cologne and Frankfurt. Cindy is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA). She speaks German and English.
