- René acts for clients in capital markets, corporate and civil-law-related disputes (litigation and arbitration). Corporate disputes include post M&A disputes and disputes on directors’ and officers’ liability. Further René acts in commercial disputes with a focus on product liability and general commercial law. He also advises on the structuring of complex civil-law-related agreements.
- René studied at the University of Hanover (Ph.D. 2007). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2008. He is a member of the German Bar Association’s for Banking and Capital Market Law (DAV). René speaks German and English.
