- Thomas advises clients on public and real estate law. He specialises in constitutional and economic administrative law, in particular on construction and planning, environmental and energy law.
- Thomas studied at the universities of Tübingen and Berlin (Humboldt-University). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2009. He was awarded a PhD in planning permission law and is writing a professorial thesis (Habilitation) on an administrative law-related topic. He is a member of the German Society for Construction Law and the Society for Environmental Law (GfU). Thomas speaks German and English.
