- Andreas advises financial institutions and corporate clients on banking and financing transactions. He is specialised in credit financings (in particular acquisition financings and real estate financings), restructurings, securitisations and syndications. In recent years, he advised on numerous domestic and cross-border financing transactions. His practice also includes advice on insolvency law.
- Andreas studied at the University of Heidelberg. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. He previously worked, from 2006 to 2010, at an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main. Andreas speaks German and English.
