- Marco advises on health law, public procurement and administrative law. He specialises in the healthcare sector, advising all kinds of market participants, including physicians, statutory health insurance funds, producers, distributors and wholesalers of drugs and medical devices, hospital operators and pharmacies. In addition, Marco advises both contracting authorities and bidders on public procurement issues.
- Marco studied at the University of Freiburg. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2012. He is member of German Bar Association’s Medical Law Working Group and the Society for Panel Doctor Law. Marco speaks German and English.
