- Sebastian is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group and the focus groups Energy & Regulation as well as Finance Market Regulation. He has a particular focus on national and international corporate transactions.
- Sebastian studied law and economics at HTW Berlin, gained an Executive MBA in Accounting & Controlling at Münster University and received his doctorate at Chemnitz University of Technology. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2004 (Dipl.-Wirtschaftsjurist FH). Sebastian spent eight months on secondment to Herbert Smith in London between January and August 2007. He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR) and the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI). Sebastian speaks German and English.
