- Barbara advises on all areas of intellectual property law, especially in trademark, as well as unfair competition and copyright matters. She also has special expertise on IT issues in mergers and acquisitions.
- Barbara studied at the universities of Freiburg, Grenoble, Berlin and at Cornell Law School (LL.M. 2007). She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Barbara is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR), the German-French Lawyers Association (DFJ), and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). She speaks German, English and French.
